An Introduction

BLG Nursery is a brick & mortar plant nursery located in the heartlands of East Punggol. 
Conveniently located at the exit of Riviera LRT Station, we serve as the neighbourhood's one-stop garden center bringing varieties of plants & gardening materials, and to share the joy & knowledge of plants while being close to home. Our Nursery Store is open daily: 8.30am-8pm

What is available for sale online?

Online Collections:

We periodically list collections of plants that are available for a short period online for special occasions. We currently have a selection of Phalaenopsis orchid arrangements as part of our ORCHIDS for EID collection for the Hari Raya 2021 Season.

Why is everything listed out of stock?

The items that are not part of the online collection are listed as a reference catalogue for our customers to learn about care instructions for plants purchased from BLG Nursery. Please contact us for enquiries on available stock, or drop by our nursery. The large quantities and varieties of plant species at BLG Nursery mean that we are unable to list our stock online at this time as we focus our energy on bringing in and growing the plants in our nursery to a high standard that will become available for purchase. Instead, we hope that the information we share will help you in learning more about caring for your plants. We seek your understanding and hope make more plants available to you online in the future.

ORCHIDS for EID 2021: Pre-Eid Delivery & Store Pick-Up 

Store Pick-Up - FREE

Collect your order in-store within 7 days. Orchids for Eid are ready for collection the following day, or anytime after you receive a confirmation email stating that your order is ready for collection.

You may collect your order during opening hours by simply providing the ‘ready for collection’ email with the attached order number to our sales staff who will be happy to assist you!

 

 

Pre-Eid Delivery - $15.00

Only available for orders placed by Sunday, 9th May 2021.

Your order will be scheduled between 8-11th May 2021, 9am-6pm based on availability of delivery slots.

We will inform you via email when to expect your delivery. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the items during this time. If no one will be available to receive the item(s), you may opt for contactless* doorstep delivery. If you wish to book a specific time-slot, please opt for ‘Fixed Time-Slot Delivery’.

 

 

Book a Fixed Time Slot for Pre-Eid Delivery - $25.00

Only available for orders placed by Sunday, 9th May 2021. 

Select from one of 3 time slots per day for delivery between 8-11th May 2021:

9am-12pm

12pm-3pm

3pm-6pm

We will contact you to schedule a time slot, if you have not provided this information at check out. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the items during this time. If no one will be available to receive the item(s), you may opt for contactless* doorstep delivery. 

 

 

*Authorising contactless delivery:

If you authorise contactless delivery, the order is dropped off at its the address and a notification (via phone call, text, or email) will be sent to you. We recommend that you ensure that there is a shaded area where the items can be left safely and out of direct sunlight. You may contact us to provide instructions on where to leave your order (e.g., on the front steps, by the mailbox, with the front desk or concierge, etc.) 

 

By authorising contactless delivery, BLG Nursery will not be liable for any damages that may arise directly or indirectly to the item(s) or any package theft of the item(s) delivered after the point of drop-off.

 

BLG Nursery will not be liable for any damages that may arise directly or indirectly from the delayed or failed delivery in the event of the following circumstances:

  1. An incorrect address was provided.

  2. No such person was at the given address.

  3. No person was present at the address given within the hours during delivery time-slot, and contactless delivery was not authorised.

  4. No valid contact number was provided for BLG Nursery to reasonably attempt to contact the recipient to make delivery.

 

 

If gift recipient received the wrong item(s), please contact us at sales@blg-group.com or message us directly on Instagram @blg.nursery so that we can proceed to rectify the issue as quickly and as best possible.

 

*Please note that we are unable to make delivery to remote or restricted locations (eg. Sentosa Island, Jurong Island, etc). BLG Nursery reserves the right to cancel and refund orders if we are unable to make delivery to address provided.

Regular Plant Delivery Service

Orders placed before 2359hrs will be processed the next day.

1. You will receive an email once your order has been processed.

2. You will receive another email to let you know that your item is scheduled for delivery. Your order will be delivered within 3 days after it has been processed, between 10am to 8pm.

If no one is available to receive the order, we will proceed with contactless delivery and send you a picture of your delivery. If you would like to change your delivery date, or have a preferred time, do let us know in your order.

*Extra charges apply when additional movers are required to lift bulky/ heavy items up or down stairs. Do let us know if you will require this service. In the instance where additional movers are required but we have not been notified, we will have to reschedule your delivery to a later date and redelivery charges apply.

Store Pick-Up

Orders placed before 2359hrs will be processed the next day.

1. You will receive an email once your order has been processed.

2. For store pick-up, please wait for another email to inform you that your order is ready for collection, before coming down to pick up your order.

3. To pick-up your order, come down to our store and simply show our sales reps this email with your order number.

*If your order includes live plants, we recommend that you pick up your order soon as you can, within 7 days. 

**After 7 days, BLG Nursery reserves the right to cancel your order. Cancelled orders are non-refundable.

What are the payment options?

Online: We accept Credit/Debit cards & PayPal as a payment methods.

In-Store: We accept Cash, NETS, PayNow and PayLah as payment methods.

What is your return/exchange policy?

We accept exchanges on unused items(excluding live plants) in their original condition and unopened packaging within 7 days of delivery. If you'd like to make an exchange, please contact us and we will reply with further instructions. We do not accept returns or exchanges of live plants.

Handling Damage:

Please examine your order for upon receipt. If there are any issues with your order, please send photos of the item(s) within 48 hours of receiving your purchase to sales@blg-group.com or @blg.nursery on Instagram direct message. 

Please retain any damaged items until receiving further instructions in order to be eligible for a replacement.

 

Delivery Fees:

Delivery fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the cost of return delivery fees if requested.
